Battlefield 1943 PC Release Delayed Until 2010
Battlefield 1943’s PC release has been pushed back to 2010. According to producer Gordon Van Dyke “This was a hard pill to swallow, but it was absolutely needed to ensure the features and functionality that PC players have come to expect from Battlefield on PC are not missing.” He cited examples such as support for ranked server provider hosting, peripherals (such as joysticks),VoIP, and the higher maximum player count of 32.
Battlefield 1943 came to the Xbox 360 and PS3 in July and was recently announced to have been downloaded 1 million times. It reigns as the most downloaded game ever. If you’re interested in downloading it it will cost you 1200 MS Points or $14.99 on PSN.
