NVIDIA has launched its latest Game Ready driver (version 572.83), optimized for various upcoming and recently released games. A notable highlight is the Half-Life 2 RTX demo, showcasing the full capabilities of the NVIDIA RTX suite. Additionally, the driver enhances the recent update for Control, which introduces an Ultra Ray Tracing preset. This update includes a greater number of rays per pixel, an upgrade to DLSS 3.7, improved texture quality, faster texture streaming, support for ultra-wide monitors up to 48:9, a Field of View slider, and High Dynamic Range (HDR) capabilities.
Upcoming Game Optimizations
Looking forward, this driver is tailored for Assassin’s Creed Shadows, which supports DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation through an NVIDIA app override. Warhammer 40,000: Darktide will also benefit from this driver, with news that it will receive an update enabling native support for NVIDIA DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation next week.
New Game Features
Gamers interested in the life simulation game inZOI, set to enter early access on March 28, should also install this driver. The game features DLSS Super Resolution and NVIDIA ACE technology, responsible for dynamic NPC behavior. NVIDIA’s ACE uses a compact language model to deliver high-quality outputs at low latency, specifically designed for GeForce RTX GPUs.
Support for The Last of Us Part II Remastered
Furthermore, The Last of Us Part II Remastered will launch on PC on April 3 and will feature support for NVIDIA DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation, along with additional support for DLSS Super Resolution, Frame Generation, and Reflex technologies.
