Companies can leverage this feature to create agents capable of executing tasks such as filling out reports, logging into various platforms, or managing customer service inquiries. By allowing the AI to take actions typically reserved for humans, the platform significantly enhances its operational capabilities.
According to Charles Lamanna, a senior executive at Microsoft, this feature empowers AI agents to mimic genuine user behavior, allowing them to click buttons, make selections, and input information just as a person would. Lamanna articulated the importance of this capability, stating:
